What if I need to modify my order?

Mistakes happen, we totally understand! We are here to help, so all you need to do is email us at support@cyclesoother.co.uk within 1 business day and we should be able to rectify your order. We aim to ship our the CycleSoothers™ as soon as possible, so the sooner you let us know what needs to be amended, the better. 

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Simply send an email to support@cyclesoother.co.uk with the new shipping address that you would like your item to be sent to within 1 business day and we should be able to change it for you. We aim to send out the item as soon as possible, so the sooner you can let us know the correct address, the better.

Do You Really Offer Free Delivery & 48 Hour Dispatch?

Every single CycleSoother™ is sent out within 48hrs with free delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. At this time, we do not accept cash, cheques or money orders.

Where do I put my coupon code?

If you’re using a computer or a mobile phone, please refer to the steps below:

  • Add the item(s) you wish to purchase in your cart.
  • Click on the “VIEW CART” button. You can now enter your coupon code in the box “Coupon code” and click apply coupon.
  • You should see the new order total once the code has been applied.
Why can't I successfully apply my coupon code to my order?
  • The code is no longer valid. Most of our codes have an expiration date. So if your code is not working, it’s possible that it’s already past the expiry date.
  • The code has already been used. Most of our coupon codes are single use. If you have already used a coupon code in the past, you will likely not be able to use it again for a second purchase.
  • Your code didn’t meet the minimum order requirement. Some of our codes have a minimum order requirement.
Can I use more than one coupon code per order?

Unfortunately, only one coupon code can be used per order on our website.

How can I confirm that my order was placed?

Most of the time, once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. If you created an account on our website, you can locate the order confirmation there as well. If you still can’t find your order number, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team via our contact page and we will work to see if there are any resolvable technical issues.

Where is my order and how can I track delivery progress?

We send out all parcels via Royal Mail, we aim to send all the parcels out as soon as possible… This is usually the next working day (within 24 hours), however depending on demand (and any unforeseen circumstants), in reality this can range from one to eight business days if there are issues within our supply chain that we cannot always control. In normal times, we ask that you please allow for 3-5 working days (as they cannot leave our depot instantly and we are restricted to Royal Mails working hours and days). That said, we do usually aim to dispatch orders within 24/48 hours. If you wish to get more information regarding the delivery status of your order, please contact us directly and we will give you a number which will show proof of postage and will shed some light on where the parcel is within the delivery process. 

My parcel is missing, what should I do?

While we’re not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the courier marks them as delivered, we’d be happy to help you locate your missing order. Please follow the steps below:

  • Check with your family or neighbours as it’s possible that one of them received the package on your behalf.
  • Check exterior doors or other places where the courier may have left your package (e.g. behind a plant). There’s a possibility that the courier left the package out of plain sight to ensure its safety (especially since these parcels do not require a signature)
  • If you still can’t locate the package after this, please let our Customer Service team know that your order is missing and share your order number with them.
Why was my parcel returned to sender?

Below are the common reasons why packages get sent back to us:

  • The address on file is incorrect. To ensure the smooth delivery of your package, please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • The recipient isn’t available to accept the delivery.
  • The recipient or a family member refused to accept the delivery.

If the courier wasn’t able to successfully deliver the package, they’ll hold on to it in a nearby distribution center. If the retaining period is exceeded and the package remains unclaimed, it gets returned to the sender.

If your package has been returned to us… Simply send your updated shipping address and order number to our Customer Service team via our contact page. We will happily resend the item to you, all that we ask is that if it is down to your lack of availability, that you cover the postage the second time around. We feel as though this is fair, as we cover postage the first time around and we entrust that the Royal Mail attempts delivery enough times that it is only due to a reasonable reason that they send it back to us.

Something is missing from my order

We take rigorous measures to ensure that everything is shipped to you, so we are very confident that everything in the CycleSoother™ bundle is very likely to be in the package. In the rare event that something does go wrong, please reach out to our Customer Service team. Let us know what happened and share your order number so we can pull up your order details and we will be happy to work with your to come to find a solution where both parties are happy with the deal.

Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve placed an order with us and qualify for a cancellation, (the order has not had its shipping paid for, or been sent out already. Please note that there will be a twelve pound (GDP) restocking fee/non-reimbursable costs (plus postage paid) applied to the order per item cancelled. This is simply because we ship items out so quickly (within 1 business day) that there is a chance that we would have already sent it out to you.
Easy Returns

You will be very glad to know that it is super super easy to have a return.

As much as we hope you will thoroughly enjoy your CycleSoother™ like the 000’s of other women. Should you wish to return something bought from us, we will be more than happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (up to 10 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. We require everything to be returned to us from the CycleSoother™ bundle; CycleSoother™, USB, instruction pack, mini bag and inner & outer branded packaging to keep the Soother very secure during transit. All items bought on sale are final. If items are faulty, then please detail the issue and send it back to us and we will be more than happy to refund you your money or offer you an exchange.

Do you provide any kind of warranty?

Here at CycleSoother™ we are highly confident that our goods have been made to last and are long withstanding. All items are checked twice before they are sent out. If you do find that your CycleSoother™ is faulty though for any reason, then we ask that you email support@cyclesoother.co.uk where you will be asked to explain the issue and if accepted, then you return the bundle to us in its entirety & in a fully resell-able condition within seven days of its receipt. This is simply because we we cannot be sure of the environment and the circumstances that these goods have been under whilst they have left the depot and are out of our sight and/or whether the product has been used excessively. Please refer to our returns policy for more information on the warranty and returns procedure.

How do we know that the CycleSoother™ Works?

The claims that we make regarding the effectiveness of the CycleSoother™  have come from a mixture of research & working with experts around period pain, it’s causes & possible solutions.

Therefore we are confident in the fact that heat to get the bloody flowing & massaging to relax the contracting muscles are two of the best ways to relax the muscles and get blood to areas that it is restricted from.

Whilst pain killers are an effective way to ‘kill the pain’, they do not solve the problem so much as just stopping you from being aware of it. Some women are uncomfortable with regularly taking pain killers for this exact reason & feel like its significantly healthily to get the blood flowing and to soothe the contractions in the longer term.

We appreciate that sometimes you need this pain to be killed fast, which is why the CycleSoother™ has been specifically designed to both heat & massage you & in a fashion where you can wear it whilst ‘out & about’ or with discretion in the workplace.

What are the exact dimensions and weight of my CycleSoother™?

Each CycleSoother™ has the following dimensions: 18×8.5×1.2cm and weighs 73g, so it is super lightweight, portable and suited to your lifestyle.

What do you mean exactly by 'Non-Chemical'?

When we state that the CycleSoother™is ‘Non-Chemical’, we are referring to the fact that the CycleSoother™ can be used as an alternative to using chemicals or indigestible drugs.

Taking these pills or chemicals, can come with unhealthy side-effects, or can block your mind from feeling pain, rather than actively working to get your blood flowing to the parts of your body that need them the most.

Therefore we feel as though the CycleSoother™ is more natural than regularly taking pills. It will instead directly soothe your cramps and get the nutrients and oxygen to the areas of your body that would be lacking them in a way which provides you with consistent heat and vibrations.

Is My CycleSoother™ Likely To Stay In Place?

The CycleSoother™ is designed especially to stay in place, because no one wants the faff of fiddling with their soothing belt do they? It has a strap which is able to stretch so that it can stay in place and close enough to you for the infrared to work effectively and to emit enough heat to work well.

The CycleSoother™ has a material pad in the section of the item which is meant to touch the skin so that it is a comfortable piece of equipment that will not cause discomfort when worn for a while. 

The strap is adjustable, so you can ensure that it is worn in a way that best suits your and your preferences. 

So I Don't Need To Seek GP Advice Before Buying?

CycleSoother is a non-medicated product, so most of the time, no you do not need to contact your GP. Situations where it might be advisable if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Poor circulation (e.g. due to heart failure)
  • Pregnancy – We would not advise buying this product if you are pregnant.
  • Nerve damage (e.g. loss of sensitivity due to diabetes)
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis or very delicate or sensitive skin

From now on we will refer to the CycleSoother as a heat patch, due to the nature of the product.

Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you are elderly (over 65 years old) due to the higher risk of you having very delicate or sensitive skin… and/or if you have found heat to not be effective in soothing any endometriosis pain/cramps. Always read the guide once purchased.

Do not use while sleeping, do not lie on the heat patch, or apply pressure during use (e.g. use the patch under a traditional belt or bandage).

Ensure that the strap is adjusted to a comfortable length and is not too tight to your skin, even whilst wearing a layer of clothing in-between yourself (your skin) and the soother.

Heat patches have the potential to cause burns. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the heat patch is applied.

This heat patch contains iron. In case of ingestion of the powder in the heat patch, seek medical attention immediately.

In case the powder in the heat patch comes into contact with the eyes or skin rinse abundantly with water and seek medical attention.

Do not use if you have previously had an allergic reaction to a heat patch.
Do not use on areas of skin where heat cannot be felt, or on damaged skin.
Do not use on children under 12 years of age or persons unable to remove the heat patch on their own.
Do not use on bruises or swellings within 48 hour of injury.

Can be used with oral OTC pain relieving medicine. Do not use with other skin medications or other heat sources.

Ultimately it is up to you to monitor your body and health and whether you deem this item to be suited to you.
