Returns Policy

You will be very glad to know that it is super super easy to have a return.

As much as we hope you will thoroughly enjoy your CycleSoother™ like the 000’s of other women. Should you wish to return something bought from us, we will be more than happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (up to ten days of its receipt) and in original, undamaged packaging. We require everything to be returned to us from the CycleSoother™ bundle; CycleSoother™, USB, instruction pack, mini bag and inner & outer branded packaging to keep the Soother very secure during transit. All items bought on sale are final. 

Customer service and aftercare is our upmost priority.

 

 

RETURNS 

 

All returns must be postmarked within seven  days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition & approved by the team, with all original tags and labels attached. All items sold on sale are ‘final’. Simply email us at support@cyclesoother.co.uk & we advise you on the process. 

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

Here at CycleSoother™ we are highly confident that our goods have been made to last and are long withstanding. All items are checked twice before they are sent out. If you do find that your CycleSoother™ is faulty though for any reason, then we ask that you email: support@cyclesoother.co.uk where you will be asked to explain the issue and if the it is accepted by us, then you return the bundle to us in its entirety & in a fully resell-able condition within seven days of its receipt. This is simply because we we cannot be sure of the environment and the circumstances that these goods have been under whilst they have left the depot and are out of our sight and/or whether the product has been used excessively.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to discuss  a refund or exchange.   Please note any interference with the product such as opening up the inside of the product will INVALIDATE the refund or exchange process. If the customer suspects the CycleSoother is defective or damaged they must contact customer service below to obtain advice on next steps.

Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

RETURNS 

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS 

 

If your CycleSoother doesn’t work for you for any reason, you’re 100% covered — just return your order in it’s entirety (the CycleSoother, the bag, the branded (original) box, the free guide, the tissue paper) in the same condition as delivered to you within 14 days from the date of receipt for a quick and easy refund subject to an inspection of the CycleSoother on its return. Just email us stating you want to return and we will advise you on the procedure.

 We will issue you with a prepaid returns label for faulty returns and this will be sent by email for you to print out and return the product back to us. In addition please enter your name and address on a piece of paper and enclose within the package so that we can track who has returned a parcel.

On receipt of the returned CycleSoother we will either provide an exchange or a full refund, depending on your preference once we have checked the CycleSoother to check for faults and condition. If  CycleSoother was returned as being faulty and we find that it  is not faulty we will deduct the cost of return postage from the refund. If the CycleSoother is returned as no longer required we will check to ensure condition is same as originally delivered to you. If there is any  deterioration in the condition we reserve  the right to refuse to accept the  return.

At CycleSoother, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%, so if you have any issues we are more than happy to refund provided you return the order back to us in original packaging in the same condition as delivered to you provided the returned CycleSoother passes our fault and condition check 

REFUNDS on its return

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will determine whether to process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

EXCEPTIONS
